My Icon Clothing – Delivery Options
You will see a list of available shipping options when you checkout while placing your order. Some locations and regions may only have one option for delivery.
We are based in the United Kingdom and all orders are shipped from our warehouse here in the UK.
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day unless there is an unforeseen issue (such as out of stock, issues with courier etc).
Our same day dispatch cut off time is 1pm Monday – Friday. This excludes any public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
We post domestic UK orders with Royal Mail. Royal Mail deliver Monday – Saturday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
DOMESTIC UK DELIVERY:
For UK customers we offer FREE DELIVERY (free standard delivery) with Royal Mail. This includes tracking and has a delivery time of 2-3 days.
SPECIAL DELIVERY. If you require an item urgently then you can select Special Delivery from the delivery options at checkout. This guarantees delivery the next day before 1pm (not including Sunday delivery). As we do not dispatch orders on Saturday any weekend orders that have Special Delivery as postage option will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (if Monday is a public holiday then Tuesday will be the next day for dispatch).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
For customers outside of the UK we have various shipping options. These will be visible at checkout when you are placing your order.
For international shipping our courier is DHL (Deutsche Post). All orders are shipped via Germany. You will receive tracking when your order is dispatched and you may also be able to use your tracking number on your local national courier’s website if DHL have delivery partners in your region or territory.
Delivery time varies on the delivery country but in general delivery takes approx. 7 days for EU and European non EU countries.
Delivery times for rest of world is 1-2 weeks.
Temporary Notice: International Shipping to USA
Due to a tariff that has been brought in to effect recently order being shipped to the USA we are having to use an alternative courier (Royal Mail). If/when this disruption ends we will resume shipping to the USA with DHL (Deutsche Post)
We include return info with every order should you wish to return or exchange for another size etc.
